Charcoal tandoors, hand-pounded masalas and family recipes from Punjab — finished with modern technique and pure ingredients.
Charcoal tandoor, slow-cooked traditions and a crafted bar — Batala’s finest table, open 11 AM to 11 PM.

Newly opened in the heart of Batala, Punjabi Kitchen & Bar is a love-letter to slow food — pairing heirloom recipes with a contemporary, candle-lit dining room and a thoughtfully crafted bar.
Every dish on our menu is rooted in a memory — from the slow-simmered dal makhani that finishes overnight on dum, to the charcoal-smoked tandoori our chefs trained on for years. Nothing is rushed.
Our walls are dressed in hand-painted Punjabi Virsa panels — Bhangra, Gidda, the village pind — quiet reminders of where every plate begins. Pure ingredients. Authentic flavours. A memorable experience.
